- Simone Strock Review added: 2018.03.15★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have never had the need to post a negative review on a taxi company because most of the drivers I have had in the past have been wonderful and extremely friendly. I got a taxi this morning to my work because our car had a burst tyre and was not happy. I was slightly later than when I ordered the taxi for (by 7 minutes) and when I got to the taxi he asked "Where were you?" which I ignored at the time because it wasn't important. But then I saw that he had already started the meter and it was up to £4.30! I hoped this was a mistake but when I got to Stirling station it was £7.60. Was not happy especially when he immediately held out his hand for the money, but I didn't bother to make a fuss at the time because I had to run for my train. Not impressed with the service at all and won't be booking with Goosegroft ever again.
