    Phoenix Honda Stirling were absolutely fantastic - they helped me to source a 2nd hand van and the service was second to none. Would definitely use this dealership again. Honest, communicative and excellent customer service.

    Very poor customer service. Bought a 16 plate car during march 17. the car developed an intermittent electrical fault 2 days later along with a very inferior bluetooth. 3 weeks later I finally handed it back after waiting on a part from Hong Kong? and getting it repaired (turned out not to be repaired and indeed the fault became a danger).
    Was agreed that I would get a like for like car but it wasn't really possible due to my car having options which not a lot of drivers select when purchasing a car. Found a car which wasn't really the colour I was looking for but hey ho, I needed to get one quick. Waited a week then was told another car was available in the colour I liked and that would be a further week... So, 5 weeks after buying the original car, 2 weeks after returning it... I am still without my new car (even though I have made the first payment to Kia!!). I am running around in a demonstrator car with again a rubbish bluetooth and have been told that the Manager is off on annual leave and no-one knew that I had been offered a 2nd car... Maybe arrive on Monday, maybe not... I can honestly say, the experience has been horrendous (apart from the sale itself) and I will NEVER purchase another car from Honda Phoenix after I get this car.. I have completely lost confidence in both them and the cars that they sell. I am extremely anxious about the new car having the same fault. I will always be waiting on it. And, if the bluetooth is rubbish in the new car, well, it will also be getting handed back and I will be looking for a full refund.
